Tatar Language Expert

Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• —Transcribe Tatar-language videos, accurately noting timestamps and speaker details
• —Translate complex materials between Tatar and English, ensuring contextual and conceptual accuracy
• —Analyze linguistic features such as grammar, tone, and conceptual meaning at an expert level
• —Detect and annotate emotional and tonal nuances expressed by speakers within multimedia content
• —Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for language data and annotation tasks
• —Commit to a minimum of 15 hours of work weekly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• —Native or near-native fluency in both Tatar and English languages
• —Demonstrated expertise in transcription, translation, and advanced linguistic analysis
• —Strong capability for detecting emotional tone and annotating language data
• —Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• —Experience in documentation and reporting within linguistics or language-related projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• —Prior experience working with AI, machine learning, or language data annotation projects
• —Background in linguistics, translation studies, or related fields
