Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and Java
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer working with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and Java
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies
  • Previous experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
