Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF skills
  • Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance-related matters
  • Conduct thorough document reviews, ensuring compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices
  • Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct, actionable policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your field

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in government policy operations
  • Advanced proficiency with Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing complex policy or regulatory documents
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
