Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF skills
- Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance-related matters
- Conduct thorough document reviews, ensuring compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices
- Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct, actionable policies and procedures
- Stay abreast of evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your field
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in government policy operations
- Advanced proficiency with Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing complex policy or regulatory documents
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
