Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in enterprise marketing to develop realistic AI training data centered on marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios.
- Produce high-quality marketing content, such as campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation reflecting best practices in the field.
- Review and analyze fictional company contexts to write authentic user prompts and ideal AI-generated responses aligned with real-world challenges.
- Generate insightful follow-up recommendations and assess the quality of AI responses and suggestions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of created marketing scenarios.
- Apply structured thinking and analytical reasoning to guide AI training data toward optimal performance.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint) to support content development and workflow documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy within a professional environment.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills and ability to evaluate marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Experience in prompt engineering or writing prompts that simulate real business scenarios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially in document creation and project management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to create structured documentation and articulate complex marketing concepts clearly.
- Sound professional judgment and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in product marketing, project management, or knowledge management.
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or experience in evaluating AI-generated content.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level teams and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
