Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate, proofread, and edit Kurdish text to ensure linguistic accuracy and clarity
- Provide expert linguistic analysis to improve AI understanding of the Kurdish language
- Collaborate with technical teams to annotate and review data for AI model training
- Develop and refine Kurdish language datasets in alignment with project objectives
- Evaluate and improve the quality of Kurdish language content for various applications
- Act as a cultural and linguistic consultant for AI and language projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Kurdish, with strong written and verbal skills
- Proven experience in translation, editing, and linguistic analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and command of Kurdish language conventions
- Excellent communication skills in both Kurdish and English
- Solid understanding of Kurdish dialects and cultural contexts
- Experience with AI training data, annotation, or related linguistic projects is highly valued
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in computational linguistics, natural language processing, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI-based language tools and platforms
- Previous experience as an AI trainer or working on language AI initiatives
