Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• —Transcribe video content in Dioula and English, ensuring accuracy and fidelity to the source material.
• —Clearly identify and outline timestamps for all transcribed segments, providing seamless reference points.
• —Analyze and describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers, capturing subtle nuances and non-verbal cues.
• —Assess and critique grammar, syntactic structure, and tone in both languages to improve language model training.
• —Define and elaborate on conceptual aspects of words and expressions used, enabling deeper AI understanding.
• —Engage in complex language-related tasks, offering linguistic insights and feedback as needed.
• —Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure deliverables meet quality and linguistic standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• —Fluency in both Dioula and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• —Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, or transcription involving Dioula and English.
• —Ability to capture and articulate emotionality, tone, and intent within spoken content.
• —Experience with transcription tools and attention to detail in timestamping and note-taking.
• —Strong analytical skills to evaluate grammar and provide comprehensive language feedback.
• —Commitment of at least 15 hours per week, delivering reliable and high-quality work remotely.
• —Proven ability to handle complex language tasks with minimal supervision.
