Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to structure, analyze, and present data for AI model training.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to understand project objectives and deliver insightful business intelligence solutions.
- Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity for use in AI systems.
- Develop and document BI workflows and processes with an emphasis on clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Translate business questions into actionable data insights and contribute input for model improvement.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel to support AI training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Excel functions and add-ons.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a primary focus on Excel.
- Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and deliverables efficiently.
- Solid understanding of business processes and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data science projects through BI initiatives.
- Background in process automation or optimization using Excel or complementary tools.
- Relevant certifications in business intelligence, analytics, or Excel.
