Key Responsibilities:
- Translate diverse content accurately between Belarusian and other languages, preserving meaning and tone.
- Write, edit, and proofread Belarusian language materials for clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate closely with AI training teams to annotate, evaluate, and refine Belarusian language data.
- Review and critique AI-generated Belarusian text, providing in-depth feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all linguistic output meets established quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
- Stay updated on trends and changes in Belarusian language usage to inform content development.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance AI language model capabilities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Belarusian, with exceptional command of grammar and stylistics.
- Proven experience in writing, translating, and editing professional Belarusian content.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Solid understanding of Belarusian cultural nuances and contextual language usage.
- Familiarity with digital tools for translation and text editing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience training or evaluating AI language models.
- Background in linguistics, computational linguistics, or related fields.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
