Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe spoken Armenian content from videos with impeccable accuracy, clearly marking detailed timestamps.
- Analyze and describe speaker emotions, conveying subtle shifts in tone and intent.
- Evaluate and articulate grammatical constructs and word choices within complex language tasks.
- Define conceptual meanings of words and phrases, providing contextually relevant explanations.
- Deliver clear, well-organized written feedback and documentation suited for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure linguistic quality standards are consistently met.
- Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to assigned tasks, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in both Armenian and English, with exceptional command of grammar and vocabulary.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, attentive to detail and nuance.
- Demonstrated experience with transcription, translation, or language analysis tasks.
- High degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity to the subtleties of both languages.
- Proficiency in using digital communication and collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating tone, intent, and emotional expression in dialogue.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on multimedia language projects or linguistic research.
- Background in language education, applied linguistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with advanced transcription and annotation software.
